Who we are

We are mother–daughter team combining decades of leadership experience with a modern, experiential approach to connection.

I’m Rhiannon, the founder and lead facilitator. My background includes designing and running live events, contributing to internal culture initiatives, and working closely with corporate clients. I focus on how experiences function in real settings, with attention to pacing, flow, and comfort.

My mother brings extensive experience in leadership and human development. She has worked in team building since 1996 and has coached executives, directors, and teams through professional coaching and years of hands-on leadership work. Her role centers on creating a calm, grounded experience and helping people feel at ease as they move through the process.

Together, we bring both structure and intuition to Aura Photo Experiences, creating offerings that translate easily across team gatherings, brand activations, and private events.
